Barcode poem

Did you ever notice that a barcode has thirteen numbers and the first two lines at the beginning, in the middle and at the end are longer than the others? The numbers are separated into one – six – six – just to let you know. There is a whole science behind these little black lines.

The library is no doubt an amazing place for the construction of poetry but not for inspiration. I am working on a barcode poem (if the concept did not exist before, I just invented it). I know barcode art exists and you will be surprised how many sweet pictures of lines you can find out there.
